Decision making

The six hats of decision making. The first hat is the white hat. This hat focuses of available data see the data you have and learn from it. The red hat is focuses on the decision based on your intuition gut reaction and emotion. The black hat is focuses on look at things pessimistically, cautiously and defensively. The yellow hat focuses on It is the optimistic viewpoint that helps you to see all the benefits of the decision. The green hat is focuses on creativity making a decision creative. And the blue hat focuses on process control. My next decision making technique. Is "Five Steps of Principled Reasoning." First is to clarify and find out what is bring asked of. Second evaluate If any of the options requires the sacrifice of any ethical principle, evaluate the facts and assumptions carefully. Third decide what you are going to do. Forth implement your decision. Fifth monitor and modify the effects of your decision. Now when you look at the six hats and principled reasoning and the G.R.E.A.T they all have the basic points to first evaluate then think of your choices and then see what will happen with what you decide than decide and implement your discussion.

Cervical Cancer

Cervical Cancer is almost 100% curable when it is caught early and treated. Since the 1940 when the Pap test was introduced death rates have gone down 75%. About 13,500 woman are diagnosed with a type of cervical cancer and as many as 4,500 will die from it. Cervical cancer is not a common cancer among woman with the most common being Brest cancer. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is not cancer it is the first cell growth. A Pap test will show the growth of abnormal cells. Noninvasive Carcinoma is a very early form of cancer. It is only of the top layer of the cervix if not treated it can turn into the more invasive form. Invasive Cervical Cancer at this stage the cancer has gone to the deeper layers of the cervix and past the cervix and into neighboring tissue and organs. Somethings that could increase your risk is smoking, early sexual active, STD's, age and race. Treating cervical cancer can involve cervical dysplasia but conization or hysterectomy are the most likely. Radiation therapy, which destroys the ability of cells to grow and divide, can be used alone or in combination with surgery to treat large tumors and cancers that have grown beyond the cervix. But not all cervical cancer responds to radiation. When classing cancer there is 5 stages. So when talking about cervical cancer the best way to pervent it is to get regular check ups. And if you ever do get it and have been getting check ups hopefully they will check it early enught so that treatment can happen before it gets bad.
