Decision making

The six hats of decision making. The first hat is the white hat. This hat focuses of available data see the data you have and learn from it. The red hat is focuses on the decision based on your intuition gut reaction and emotion. The black hat is focuses on look at things pessimistically, cautiously and defensively. The yellow hat focuses on It is the optimistic viewpoint that helps you to see all the benefits of the decision. The green hat is focuses on creativity making a decision creative. And the blue hat focuses on process control. My next decision making technique. Is "Five Steps of Principled Reasoning." First is to clarify and find out what is bring asked of. Second evaluate If any of the options requires the sacrifice of any ethical principle, evaluate the facts and assumptions carefully. Third decide what you are going to do. Forth implement your decision. Fifth monitor and modify the effects of your decision. Now when you look at the six hats and principled reasoning and the G.R.E.A.T they all have the basic points to first evaluate then think of your choices and then see what will happen with what you decide than decide and implement your discussion.
